Booking Conditions

DEPOSIT: To confirm a reservation, the client must pay 50% of the total amount into the bank account, which will be given on request.

If after 3 days of receiving a booking, there is no evidence of the deposit having been paid, the booking will be cancelled and the owner will be able to reallocate the dates.

The balance should be paid on arrival at the lodge.

Credit cards are not admitted.

CANCELLATIONS: The client may cancel a reservation at any time and has a right to the return of the amount paid, but subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • For cancellations made with more than 20 days’ notice: 5% of the deposit.
  • For cancellations made with between 20 and 11 days’ notice: 30% of the deposit.
  • For cancellations made with between 10 and 4 days’ notice: 50% of the deposit.
  • For cancellations made with 3 days’ notice or less: 100% of the deposit.
