Booking Conditions

DEPOSIT: To confirm a reservation, the client must pay 50% of the total amount into the bank account, which will be given on request.

If after 3 days of receiving a booking, there is no evidence of the deposit having been paid, the booking will be cancelled and the owner will be able to reallocate the dates.

The balance should be paid on arrival at the lodge.

Credit cards are not admitted.

CANCELLATIONS: The client may cancel a reservation and has a right to the return of the amount paid, but subject to the following cancellation fees:

  • For cancellations made with at least 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the deposit.
  • For cancellations made with at least 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the deposit.
  • For cancellations made with at least 7 days before the arrival date: 20% of the deposit.
  • For cancellations made with less than 7 days of the arrival date, there will not be any refund.
